They raped a person/ Korça Police provide details: 3 people in handcuffs

The services of the Devoll Police Commissariat, following the report made on 30.10.2025, by citizen IT, 32 years old, who stated that on 27.10.2025, the three citizens MB, T. Ç. and AN, in collaboration with each other, had taken him by force and held him for several hours in a private business, where they had threatened him and exercised physical violence against him, organized the work to capture them.

In this context, Crime Investigation specialists at the Devoll Police Station detained the following citizens:

AN, 42 years old, resident of Bilisht, and T. Ç., 38 years old, resident of the village of Braçanj, for the criminal offenses of “Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty” and “Threat”, committed in collaboration;

MB, 37 years old, resident of Devoll, for the criminal offenses of "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty", "Intentional Minor Injury" and "Threat", committed in collaboration.

Investigations suspect that these citizens forcibly took citizen IT, 32 years old, resident of the village of Braçaj, Devoll Municipality, who was under house arrest for the criminal offense of "Violation of traffic rules", from his apartment and took him to a private business, where he was mistreated.
