They tried to kill an elderly citizen and her minor grandson, physically abusing them and leaving them unconscious in their apartment, which they then deliberately set on fire, the 42-year-old from Kosovo was caught and put in handcuffs, it is announced looking for another co-author (also from Kosovo).

The services of the Vlorë Police Station, immediately after receiving the notification that in the village of Llakatund, Vlorë, it is suspected that for weak motives, 2 citizens had physically abused a 70-year-old woman and her 14-year-old grandson, and then tried to killed them, setting fire to the apartment where these 2 citizens were found unconscious, have organized the work to locate, capture and bring the perpetrators of this case to justice.

Thanks to the quick operational actions of the Vlora Police, as well as the coordination of information and police work with the services of the PKK Morinë, one of the suspected perpetrators, a GB citizen, 42 years old, was caught in Morinë, in an attempt to leave for Kosovo , resident in Kosovo. Also for this case, a DK citizen, 32 years old, resident in Kosovo (companion of the GB citizen), who was allegedly aware of this crime, did not report it, was arrested.

Following the procedural actions, the main suspected author of this event, citizen HB, 51 years old, resident in Kosovo, was declared wanted. The work for his capture continues intensively.

As a result of the preliminary investigative actions, based on the reports of the injured citizens, it is suspected that the HB citizens, in cooperation with the GB citizen, tried to kill the elderly citizen and her minor nephew (the ex-mother-in-law and stepson of the HB citizen). , violating them and after leaving them unconscious, they deliberately set fire to the apartment where these 2 citizens were located.

The 2 injured citizens were able to get out of the burning apartment and are currently in the hospital, under the care of doctors. As a result of the fire, the apartment of the elderly citizen was burned and another uninhabited apartment nearby was partially damaged.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Vlora Judicial District Court, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Murder in other qualifying circumstances against a minor and against two or more persons", remaining in the attempt and "Destruction of property by fire" ", carried out in cooperation, under the charge of HB and GB citizens, as well as "Decriminalization of crime", under the charge of the DK citizen
