Në banesën ku ndodhi ngjajra, nuk kishte kamera sigurie dhe për këtë arsye policia ka sekuestrua pamjet filmike nga kamerat ne kryqëzimet më të afërta për të arritur identifikimin e autorëve.

Officer Valter Serra has been working for nearly 3 years in the Local Police of Shkodra, where he serves as a patrolman.

After the event, he stated that he had no conflict with any person and had never been threatened before.
