Even 2023 does not stop immigrants/ 44 people are caught entering the United Kingdom

Around 44 migrants have been caught by Britain's border force after arriving in small boats and taken to Dover.

French authorities announced that two other boats with 80 migrants made it through the Channel with difficulty on Monday (yesterday) and returned to Calais.

Even the start of the new year hasn't stopped migrants from making their way to the UK, with last year breaking a record 45,756 people who managed to touch British soil.

According to the BBC, this is the highest number of immigrants who have gone to Britain since 2018.

So the British government has taken a series of measures related to this phenomenon, where, among other things, they have stated that they will no longer accept immigrants in the asylum and that everyone (those who will be caught) will return from the countries they came from. /CNA.al
