17-year-old boy dies in accident/ Driver arrested in Vlora, driving drunk

The Vlora police have arrested the driver who hit a 17-year-old boy in Vlora, who died at the scene. The person arrested is citizen HB, 32 years old, a resident of Vlora.

According to police information, the 32-year-old was driving the Porsche while intoxicated. The serious accident occurred at around 00:15, on Ismail Qemali Boulevard.

"DVP Vlora - Specialists of the Vlora Urban and Interurban Traffic Section arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses of "Irregular Driving" and "Violation of Road Traffic Rules", citizen HB, 32 years old, resident of Vlora, after on 28.10.2025, at around 00:15, on the "Ismail Qemali" boulevard, while driving a "Porsche" type vehicle, while intoxicated, he collided with a "Trinity" type motorcycle, driven by a minor citizen, 17 years old, who died as a result." , the police statement said. /CNA
