The operation, the result of a proactive investigation, carried out by the investigation structures of DVP Shkodra, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force of the State Police and the Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra.

The 54-year-old, currently the director of the 9-year-old school in the village of Hot i Ri, was arrested in the act of issuing false receipts, against the amount of 3200 euros, using the forged seal of a high school.

Another citizen, an associate of the 54-year-old man, is also in handcuffs, after he was caught trying to sell the fake receipt.

26 incomplete school documents, but equipped with the seal of the high school, the seal of the 9-year school, 5 USB drives, 1 mobile phone and sums of money benefited from this criminal activity are seized.

The operational structures of DVP Shkodër, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force of the DPPSH, as a result of a proactive investigation carried out in cooperation with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Diftesa", as a result of which citizens were arrested in the act:

- Ms. K., 54 years old, resident in Shkodër, with the position of Director of the 9-year-old school in the village of Hot i Ri, for the criminal offenses "Abuse of duty", "Forgery of documents" and "Cleaning of the products of a criminal offense or criminal activity". ;

- Ms. F., 66 years old, resident of Shkodër, for the criminal offenses of "Forgery of documents", "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" and "Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions".

From the investigative actions carried out as part of this operation, it is suspected that these citizens cooperated with each other to forge certificates, using the forged seal of the high school in the village of Breg Lumi, and to provide these certificates to citizens of different, against onate benefits.

As material evidence, 26 incomplete school documents, but equipped with the seal of the high school, the seal of the 9-year school, 5 USB drives, 1 mobile phone, as well as the sums of money 640 euros and 16,000 ALL, suspected of benefited from this criminal activity.

Investigative actions continue to identify and bring to criminal responsibility other citizens who may be implicated in this case.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodër Judicial District Court for further action.
