Today, throughout the day, for extended hours, there were discussions in the Media Commission regarding the process of electing the head of RTSH by the council of this institution.

Subsequently, in many discussions, procedures, and sometimes with untruths told by members of the Steering Council, the head of the Committee, Ina Zhupa, requested that the facts and documents submitted to the Assembly be passed on to the Monitoring Committee for verification.

There have been reactions, counter-reactions, CNA has also been mentioned, and we want to provide a full explanation to the members of the Media Commission, but also to the members of the Steering Council.

CNA has not written anything against it so far.

So, it's not a matter of writing. We have done an investigation.

In our investigation, we found that the chairman of the Steering Council received funds from Public Radio Television.

We have shown the statute of the radio and television station that we have here, that members cannot receive projects or funds.

Leka Bungo received about 4 million lek for a certain project. We have issued the conflict of interest law, in addition to the RTSH statute, and we have publicly shown the document.

Now we are faced with facts and evidence, faced with the investigation. We have not harmed anyone, nor anyone's family members, nor have we dealt with any of the family members of the Steering Council members.

Furthermore, and to be serious, we have taken the materials we have discovered and sent them in an official letter to the Assembly so that it can verify who it really is.

This is because after our publications, Mr. Bungo reacted, who is actually one of the people who attacks family members, relatives, who attacks journalists when they catch the person who is responsible for the destruction and chaos that is happening at RTSH and in order to behave differently from that person who is perhaps not at fault due to his age, we respect him for his age, we have officially submitted all the documents to the Parliament, so we have not written any articles, but we have conducted an investigation.

We have found official documents that we have given to the Assembly, which must do its duty. It must verify and evaluate them, otherwise it is the Assembly itself that will be in violation of the law, just like Leka Bungo himself, who lied publicly there, saying that he was not in conditions of incompatibility and conflict of interest./ CNA
