The "5D" file is one of those successful SPAK investigations that has put several directors of the Municipality of Tirana in handcuffs. Some others are under obligation to appear, others are free under investigation, some are expected to be arrested, some others are being investigated for their assets and so on.

Veliaj adds Xfajn to the list

Baboç's collaboration with Veliaj has been spectacular and normally they know each other quite well. So Veliaj is forced, due to the cooperation with Baboç and the support given to him by Fatmir Xhafaj, to ask Rama to put the former minister on the list, even if he is not on the winning list.
