Today, the Summit of the Leaders of the Western Balkans and the European Union took place, which was held in Kotor, in Montenegro.

A video circulating in the media shows the moment of the meeting of the leaders of the Western Balkans.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, was welcomed by other leaders, but not by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The latter remained indifferent during the meeting, ignoring the presence of Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
