The meeting in Athens/Manjani: Show, the Albanians have fled to stop listening
Ylli Manjani

Former minister Ylli Manjani commented on the meeting of Prime Minister Edi Rama in Athens. He described it as a show, adding that Rama was not received and was not honored as prime minister.

Invited to the show "A Show", Manjani said that the Albanians fled to avoid listening to Rama and to avoid witnessing them kneel down.

Manjani stated that Rama was taken like a rat in a cage, from the airport, so that he wouldn't face the crowd and he made a play out of it.

"The whole Athens show, it's a silly, nonsensical show. What was the purpose, what did this mean, that I am the prime minister of the Albanians in Greece. And what then? Albanians in Greece have no influence on Greek political life. If we want to show Greece the strength, we cannot show it, because it took Albanians from Albania to fill the hall there.

Because the Albanians in Greece, that's why they fled to avoid listening to Edi Rama. They have fled to avoid witnessing these kinds of shames that bring them to their knees. First. Second, what do we want to show Greece, that this politician is good, what does he do. They neither welcomed him nor honored him as prime minister. They took him like a rat in a cage, from the airport, he entered from the back of the hall so he wouldn't face the crowd and did the theater he did and they took him out again like a rat.

They asked him if he would have lunch, he said no, at the airport, have a good trip. This is for shame and black page. The third. What are interstate governments invented for? They were invented to talk to each other for the benefit of the peoples. Neither the Albanians nor the Greeks are happy if their governments fight. The problems were not solved with rallies", said Ylli Manjani./ CNA
