Gjykata e Apelit te Posaçëm ka rinisur procesin gjyqësor ndaj anëtares së KPK-së, Etleda Çiftja.

Kujtojmë se më 11 nëntor seanca për Etleda Çiftjen u shty, për shkak se gjyqtari Dhimitër Lara dha dorëheqjen.

SPAK-u, më 5 tetor, apeloi vendimin e dhënë nga Gjykata e Posaçme, për shpalljen e pafajësisë për anëtaren e KPK-së.

GJKKO vendosi të hedhë poshtë akuzat për falsifikim dhe deklarim të rremë të pasurisë, ndërkohë SPAK-u kërkoi dënim me dy vite shërbim prove për Çiften.
