How the member of the concession awarding commission traveled to Italy/ Returned with Mërtir, the payment was made by Zoto

In the investigation file of SPAK for the incinerators, a trip that Etleva Kondi, a member of the concession awarding commission, made to Italy on February 26, 2016 is revealed.

According to the file provided by journalist Klodiana Lala for "BalkanWeb", she traveled from Rinas to Rome.

While he returned to Rinas two days later, together with Mirel Mërtir and Arenc Myrtezan.

The latter was later appointed administrator of the Fier incinerator concession company.

According to SPAK, the money for plane tickets to Kondi and hotel expenses were paid by Klodian Zoto.

Kondi is accused of "abuse of duty" as it turns out that he was part of the commission for approving the licenses of the incinerators of Elbasan and Fier.
