GJKKO ka shtyrë seancën për ish-kryeministrin Sali Berisha. Avokatët mbrojtës kërkuan kohë që të njihen me aktet.

Mësohet se seanca e radhës do të mbahet më 20 maj.

Avokatët mbrojtës kërkuan sërish përjashtimin e gjyqtares Irena Gjoka nga çështja.

SPAK pretendon se Berisha, në cilësinë e tij si Kryeministër, ka favorizuar procedurat e privatizimit të ish-kompleksit “Partizani” dhe përfitues i drejtpërdrejtë ka qenë Malltezi.

Malltezi akuzohet për "Korrupsion pasiv të funksionarëve të lartë shtetërorë ose të zgjedhurve vendorë”, kryer në bashkëpunim me Berishën./ CNA
