Why?
Because, justice and truth always lead the way to victory.
Therefore, time proved me right again.
For a long time, there has been a major attempt, with interference, exercise of illegal influence, pressure or blackmail, to amnesty the most tainted face of the Justice System.
Of course, by the power that served it and continues to serve it.
Even more so when this illegal and unconstitutional protection is carried out by the new institutions that emerged from the "Justice Reform", which are well paid by our taxes.
However, the day always comes.......
The following document, of the decision taken by the High Inspector of Justice, to initiate a disciplinary investigation against Irena with 3 surnames, although she had the entire mafia of power on her side, shows that:
1. How serious is the legal situation of this judge with 3 surnames, who should not have received the status of magistrate from the beginning.
2. The file in charge of the delinquent judge is so serious that even "her own" can no longer find justifications to defend her.
3. How right I was in all the accusations and legal steps I followed in connection with this case.
Above all, the case of Irena with 3 surnames showed and confirmed what I/we have stated for years that:
1. The purpose of the "Justice Reform" was not to reform the system, but to seize it in order to attack the opposition and its leaders.
2. That this reform, in addition to being a total failure, at an extremely high cost, has undermined public access to and trust in justice.
On this occasion, I would like to inform you that, by decision of the High Inspector of Justice, he has decided to administer in function of this investigation:
1. The complete file from the General Prosecutor's Office related to the decision of 19.01.2026, "On the approval of the results of the .
2. Information from the Supreme Court of Justice, regarding the "self-declaration" forms and "background check statements", completed and submitted by judges with 3 surnames.
3. Information from AKSIK, regarding the security questionnaires, periodically submitted by Irena with 3 surnames.
4. Information from SPAK regarding the proceedings against this judge.
5. Information from the Supreme Court of Justice, regarding the personal file of Irena with 3 surnames, the complaints against her as a judge and how they were followed up and addressed by the Supreme Court of Justice.
Meanwhile, the ILD has dismissed the complaint of the Supreme Court member regarding this judge, as unfounded in legal provisions, a fact previously denounced by me.
Under these conditions, given that we are faced with a repeated violation of legal provisions both in terms of not declaring two deportations and two criminal decisions, and this in a consecutive manner (continuous crime), facts accepted by the ILD itself, I argue that this citizen does not meet the criteria to be part of the justice system, much less of a court as important as the Special Court for Corruption and Organized Crime.
Not to mention the procedure followed for this judge, unique in fact where the Public Commissioner, although he had filed an appeal in the second instance of vetting (KPA) for the serious violations by this judge, "surprisingly" one day before the decision was issued, withdrew the appeal, raising reasonable and serious doubts regarding the integrity of this reform, as is in fact being proven day by day.
While waiting for the ILD's decision, I assure you of one thing:
I will go to the end of this battle, as the citizens of Albania do not deserve to be ruled and judged by bandits, mafiosi and criminals, although the "hired killers" of the Legal State of Law have been attacked, ordered by the criminal Irena with 3 surnames, to minimize this serious crime that has been committed against the Justice System and the Albanian citizens themselves.
