After several days of heavy rains, the water level in Fierza has increased.

The director of KESH, Ergys Verdho, said in the show "Kontrast" that today the level of Fierza has reached 278 meters.

He said that according to forecasts, 280 meters can be exceeded next week, thus reaching the multi-year average of the month.

"The level today in Fierze is 278 and I am very surprised that on November 11 we had 266. It is 12 meters for a week and a half and we claim that next week according to the forecasts we will exceed 280.

This gives an impulse because we reach the multi-year average of the month and makes us more flexible and less for import. Imagine if I hadn't gone out to import on the 11th and if we hadn't had an event, we would have used up the reserve, but next Friday I would go out with double the amount for import," declared Verdho./ BA - CNA.al
