Rama remembers "January 21"/ Berisha's accusation: He responded

A tribute ceremony is taking place at the Prime Minister's Office for "January 21st", where 4 protesters were killed.

Prime Minister Edi Rama recalled the incident that left four people dead. Rama accused the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, who was prime minister at the time, of being the man who had been installed in that building by the people, and who had responded with a bullet to the forehead against the united opposition.

"The building was reinforced with barbed wire stretched all around behind that ugly iron fence that surrounded the Prime Minister's Office, part of which were those barricaded inside the Prime Minister's Office on January 21, 2011.

The man who had been elected by the people had issued a warning with a bullet to the forehead against the united opposition.

I remember when Majko and I were crossing the boulevard bridge, an armored car appeared and a wave of tear gas was released over the heads of people without starting a protest, pushing us back from the 'Youth' Park. The chaos provoked by a blind attack on the protesters turned the protest into a chaotic mess, forcing us to return to the headquarters. The protest got out of control, beyond the crowd's reaction to the police and several fires. None of the protesters violated the security perimeter", said Rama./ CNA
