At 11:00 a.m., the seventh protest is expected to start in front of the Municipality of Tirana, where the resignation of the head of the Municipality, Erion Veliaj, will be demanded again. 

A few minutes before the start of the protest, police vans arrived at the Municipality of Tirana, as part of the plan of measures taken to prevent any situation.

Dozens of police forces are expected to surround the building. 

On the other hand, the citizens have warned that they will not stop until the departure of Veliaj.

The protests started after the scandal that gripped the municipality, where most of the directors ended up in prison due to tender abuses.
