Enkelejd Alibeaj from the group of separatists today asked the Government to declare a state of emergency due to bad weather.

"Our request is addressed to the prime minister for the declaration of a state of emergency, it is a request based on the constitution, legislation for a simple reason. I understand that whenever there are such events, politics runs to them. We want to move from a situation of political debate to a level of legal situation.
