Today, the police have arrested two people who are suspected of falsifying documents, thereby benefiting from an apartment worth 200,000 euros in Pogradec.

It is learned that the apartment obtained through the falsification of documents belonged to the citizens Armand Lice and Bledar Aliaj.

The police investigations related to this case started in 2018, where it is suspected that the two citizens under investigation gave money with usury to a citizen from Pogradec.

The latter has not been able to repay the debt taken with usury, and as a result the two men in cooperation with each other have forged the ownership contract of the debtor's house, transferring the property in their name. /CNA.al
