The former director of IT in the State Police, Ervin Muça, was interrogated at midnight by the "Babale" commission.

Muca was accompanied by police officers to the Presidency of the Assembly. The meeting was held behind closed doors and lasted only 30 minutes.

After the meeting ended, reporters asked the former IT director if someone had forced him to obtain the TIMS system data, but he refused to talk.

"I have given this answer", he stated briefly.

We remind you that Ervin Muça is under house arrest, after being accused of stealing the data in the TIMS system. 

Muca is suspected to have intervened last summer in the TIMS system, which records the entry and exit of citizens from the country's borders. 

After downloading the unauthorized data using an employee's PIN, he transferred it to his computer. He is charged with the criminal offense of "Unauthorized access to computer data"./ CNA
