Veliaj with handcuffs

The Political Leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, said during the protest in front of the Municipality of Tirana that Erion Veliaj will be arrested very soon, after the SPAK's investigations into the affairs of the institution he leads.

During his speech, he handcuffed a young man who had placed Veliaj's photo on his face.  

He said that we will see this picture very soon. 

"These guys are the leaders of the '5D' gang, they stole a package of 45 tenders from the Municipality of Tirana. What Veliaj did to Tirana is unheard of. I brought the handcuffs to Veliaj, a sign that we don't forget to bring them to justice that have stolen the taxes. This will be what you will see very soon. We will protect the citizens. We will set a standard," said Kelliçi
