The former director of ARRSH shows the reason for appearing in SPAK

After appearing in SPAK, on ??Tuesday morning, the former head of ARRSH, Dashamir Xhika told the media that he was today in the special structure for a procedure done at the time when he was running the road institution. 

"I was for a procedure done at the time when I was running the ARSH", he is said to have told the journalists. 

Xhika was a candidate for LSI deputy in Elbasan District in the 2017 elections.

In 2018, Xhika was arrested for the criminal offenses of "Passive corruption of high state officials" and "Abuse of duty" for abusing the Tirana-Elbasan road tender.

The former director of ARRSH and other former officials were acquitted in the Criminal Court, but the decision stated that abuse had been committed and should be investigated to find those responsible./ CNA
