Elvin Tivari turns out to be the owner of half of an apartment in Tirana bought in 2021 for 21,000 euros, a garage and a plot of land in Durrës where he and his family are entitled to 280 square meters. The apartment is co-owned by Ilir Hoxallari, who turns out to be the owner of the PC Security firm that has benefited from several contracts worth millions of euros in cooperation with Global Security near the Tirana Waterworks at the time Tivari was the sales director.
