Kreu i Emergjencave Civile, Haki Çako, ka treguar se përse nuk është shpallur gjendja e fatkeqësisë natyrore në veri të vendit ku ka pasur përmbytje, pavarësisht se diçka e tillë është kërkuar nga kryebashkiaku i Shkodrës, Bardh Spahia.
Çako tha në “Euronews Albania” se situate ka ardhur duke u përmirësuar dhe nuk plotësohet asnjë kriter për shpalljen.
“Në rastin aktual nuk jemi në asnjë kriter për sa kohë përmbytjet janë të menaxhueshme, të gjitha kapacitetet e shtetit, të pushtetit vendor janë në dispozicion. Ajo që është më pozitivja që situata është drejt përmirësimit, niveli në Drin, Bunë, Gjadër dhe Kir është në rënie. Ligji i ka të qarta kriteret për shpalljen e gjendjes së fatkeqësisë dhe zotërinjtë deputetë i njohim mirë se e kanë votuar vetë ligjin. Edhe një element tjetër; të gjitha dispozitat e BE kanë të specifikuar mënyrën si funksionin shteti, njësitë e pushtetit vendor”, deklaroi ai./ B.A. – CNA.al
