In today's session at GJKKO, the request for financial re-expertise was rejected. 

Fatmir Mediu's lawyer, Ardian Visha, said after the hearing that all the demands made by the defense side are being dropped. He emphasized that so far the investigation is subjective. 

"All the requests we made are being dropped. What does the court want SPAK to do. We requested the financial expertise act. The investigation must be carried out objectively. The investigation is subjective. We stand in solidarity with the victimization, but we do not want to be allowed insulting words and swearing in the courts", said Visha. 

Meanwhile, the former Minister of Defense said that he is being asked to become a "scapegoat". He emphasized that it has nothing to do with the explosion that happened in Gërdec.
