The court leaves the former DP deputy under house arrest

The court of Saranda has placed the former deputy of the Democratic Party, GH, under house arrest. The latter is accused of forging documents.

The former deputy has acquired a 4-story building at the entrance of Saranda.

The months-long investigations of the Saranda prosecutor's office revealed that the former deputy benefited unfairly from the legalization procedure, presenting forged documents.

Security measures were also communicated to 3 other former officials, including the former director of Cadastre, who is accused of abuse of office.

For the former director of Cadastre, Anila Demi, the measures "compulsion to appear before the judicial police" and "prohibition of leaving the country" and "house arrest" were given to the other two former officials and the former deputy./ CNA
