Two people lost their lives in the Great Highlands/ Ambassador Yuri Kim reacts

The US ambassador, Yuri Kim, has reacted to the floods and the consequences they are leaving behind.

Kim has stopped at the tragedy in the Great Highlands, where two people, namely father and son, lost their lives after being swept away by the flow of the river.

"We are saddened by the death and damage that resulted from the devastating floods in the north of Albania. We express our condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones and respect to the brave Albanians who help their fellow citizens. We are ready to provide support according to the need," writes Kim on social networks./CNA.al
