The file "5D"/CNA will bring details of the affair tomorrow 

"5D" is the most corrupt scheme, after that of the incinerators, which has been called the affair of the century.

SPAK has conducted investigations and revealed the theft committed by the directors of the Tirana Municipality institution, headed by Erion Veliaj, benefiting from millions of euros with tenders.

On March 28, 2024, SPAK arrested the thieving directors of Erion Veliajt in the Municipality of Tirana.

Mariglen Qato, former director of Support Services at UKT Tirana and Redi Molla, former director of Tirana Water and Sewerage, were put in handcuffs, meanwhile there was another arrest warrant for Taulant Tusha, who is behind bars for Tirana's incinerator. .

Other directors of Tirana Municipality such as Eglantina Zere, Enton Punavija, Deborah Keçi, Julian Zanaj, and businessman Nestor Muhametllari were forced to appear.
