Blockage of the Librazhd Prrenjas axis/ ARRSH important notice for citizens

Traffic will continue to be blocked on the road segment in the Arrat e Gurrës area, part of the Librazhd-Pogradec axis.

This segment, which was expected to open at noon today, has suffered a massive landslide, making traffic impassable.

For safety reasons, the vehicles of the implementing company have been withdrawn and the movement of vehicles and pedestrians has been prohibited.

An urgent geological and technical reassessment is currently underway, as the terrain appears unstable and challenging for intervention. In the meantime, specialists on the ground are looking at the possibility of movement only for small vehicles and emergencies on a road in the surrounding area.

ARRSH, to assist drivers, suggests the use of alternative routes as follows:

For cars:

-Maliq – Lozhan – Strelc – Gramsh – Elbasan

-Qafthanë – Pogradec – Korça – Leskovik – Përmet – Tepelena

For heavy tonnage vehicles:

-Qafë Thanë customs point – Macedonia – Bllata customs point – Arbër Road
