Analyst Andi Bushati has commented on Minister Belinda Balluku's call to SPAK, regarding the investigations into Tirana's incinerator.

According to Bushati, Balluk's call has to do with the letters she sent to complete the Project Implementation Unit that were ignored by the Bahskia of Tirana.

The analyst says that logic leads to the fact that Balluku was summoned against Veliaj. Further, Bushati declares that SPAK will deepen to the pit of Veliaj.

"Who deals with the investigation of the incinerator, knows the game that the actors have had in all of this. When an actor is called, if SPAK investigates Tirana and calls Arben Ahmetaj, the evidence that goes to me is that Ahmetaj has spoken publicly against Veliaj. Then while SPAK is calls (Balluk), logic wants it to be called against Veliaj. Such can be the interpretation we make of this of Balluk.

If there is a letter that asks Veliaj to monitor the work, the presence of SPAK means that SPAk will dig deeper into Veliaj's pits. We can say this logically, not because we have the facts in hand.

So, more or less, Veliaj knew that it was being stolen and he did not take his employees to check and not to reveal that it was being stolen," said Bushati./ CNA
