On May 8, 2024, the School of Magistrates carried out the declassification process and released "live" the results of the second stage exam for the winning candidates, who will be the future judges, prosecutors and paralegals after 2027.

The first 45 contestants in the ranking, from the 129 "scantron" winners of the first stage, of which 42 were extras, (including the 10 super-extras entered after 00:00 at night), will start the 3-year course for the profile of the judge and the prosecutor, while the 15 competitors ranked after them will be the legal assistants. 

The third testing of the winning contestants, for the component of their mental and psychological health, is done before a commission, which every year brings out all 100% mentally fit to render justice. In Britain, according to a statistic, 5% of those tested fail this type of test, which for judges in office is repeated every 7 years. In Albania, the excellent magistrate, Arnisa Kelliçi, who had not been psychologically tested in the third stage for many years, two months ago shocked the public opinion with her sick fantasy, when she fabricated a rosy story with fictitious interceptions and arrests.

This season's exam was not only characterized by faulty scantron equipment. In the past 10 years, it is not known how many competitors this "magical" device may have "eaten" their careers for only 4 points.

But even this year, the phenomenon that has been repeated over the last few years was found, where most of the winners are employees of the public administration. More than half of the judges and prosecutors of the course 2024-2027 will be direct sources of the power of the administration or visible connections with the justice system.

So, looking at the list of winners, we can't help but wonder: Where did these public officials find the time to learn?

Either they have libraries in the countries where they work, or they have not worked a single day in the countries where they militate, or a third possibility, only "merit" remains. Of the party, of any of these winners, this will remain a mystery until the 2030s, when we will see how they will perform in office.

From the list of 10 added after the "recounting", half of them won. For judge Bani Jazxhi, for prosecutor Evandro Janka and Sonila Morina, for legal assistant Ervis Bajramaj.

Në sezonin e kaluar, kuotat e përcaktuara për kandidatë gjyqtarë e prokurorë ishin 80. Arritën të fitonin duke plotësuar vetëm 63 prej kuotave për shkak të nivelit të ulët të pjesëmarrësve konkurrentë.  Sivjet që kishte vetëm 45 kuota, Shkolla e Magjistraturës prezantoi me krenari se u arritën rezultate shumë të larta.

Po përse erdhi kjo nga vjet sivjet, kur shumë konkurrentë ishin të njëjtët?

Sekreti është “Përmirësimi i metodologjisë së hartimit të tezës së provimit në funksion të vlerësimit të aftësive argumentuese dhe analitike të kandidatëve”. Më shkoqur, “Arben Rakipët” menduan të lehtësojnë tezat e provimit që të mos dështojnë provimin e sivjetshëm. E megjithatë, përsëri dështimi u prezantua qartë me tri korrigjime scantron.

Gjithsesi, e vërteta e madhe do të prezantohet në 2030, kur produktet e “Arben Rakipëve” do të jenë sistemuar në Shqipëri për të dhënë drejtësi./ CNA
