The national victory/How was built the Chamo-Greek coalition of Lulzim Basha

Lulzim Basha has registered in the CEC his political coalition for the April 25 parliamentary elections. For the first time it happens that the Greeks of the Union Party for Human Rights (UPHR) and the Chams of the Justice, Integration and Unity Party (JIUP), unite together in a coalition, and Luli Basha, and even more Edi Rama, deserves credit for this development.

Let us look at the fact about the coalition, among those who say they are persecuted by the Greeks, and the persecutors themselves who are now together the other side by side. What politics hasn’t been able to do for more than 75 years, is solved by Lulzim Basha with the help of Edi Rama.

The fact and the details, show us and why was created the Chamo-Greek alliance, under the shadow of Luli Basha and the mandate he will forgive to these parties. In 2005, the then Prime Minister Sali Berisha took UPHR in his government, directing a ministry for 4 years.

In 2009, Vangjel Dule left the government after a visit by Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou to Tirana, who openly supported Edi Rama. So Dule left with the command coming from Athens, and in the election received only 18.000 votes, the historical minimum since its founding.

In the 2009 elections, the UPHR ran alongside Socialist Party, while Berisha joined in the coalition the Party for Justice and Integration (PJI) founded and led by Tahir Muhedini, the Cham community party, which won a parliamentary seat with nearly 15.000 votes, and entered government with the DP.

Then Shpëtim Idrizi creates another Cham party called Party for Justice and Unity (PJU), and the two parties merge into a single one in February 2011 becoming JIUP. In the 2013 elections, PJIU the Chams compete on the DP side and secure almost 45.000 votes. Meanwhile, UPHR in alliance with the SP, falls even more, with only 14.000 votes and again only one mandate.

UPHR became again part of the government, and Dule was elected vice-president of the Assembly. In May 2015, Vangjel Dule left the coalition, precisely because of Shpëtim Idrizi of JIUP, who was also appointed vice-president of the Assembly.

Dule refused to be in the same level with Idrizi, and resigned. From that moment Vangjel Dule joined Lulzim Basha, who forgave him the mandate of deputy in 2017, where UPHR didn’t compete but entered the DP list. In the elections, Idrizi records another historical record, secure 76.000 votes, of which 30.000 in Elbasan, where it runs Aqif Rakipi.

In Tirana, Shpëtim Idrizi secures over 12.000 votes, but for some votes he cannot get the mandate of deputy. The Chams claim the votes were stolen by the Socialists. From that moment, Edi Rama removes the Chams from the government, and Idrizi joins the opposition of Lulzim Basha, but divided.

This is how the Greco-Cham alliance is born under the shadow of the DP, but neither Idrizi nor Dule appear together in a meeting. JIUP MPs pass with the government together with some exponents, while Shpëtim Idrizi and Mesila Doda hold the official party in opposition.

In the elections of April 25, 2021, the historical enemies, run for the first time together under a coalition.

This is also due to the behavior of Rama, who held Dule on his side, then he took Idrizi, then when one left, it was Rama himself who removed the other. Even because of Basha, who is in opposition, and would accept both because he is desperate, and sees these parties as forces that bring votes./CNA.al

“The thief shouts catch the thief”! / The SMI scandals with vote theft

The Socialist Movement for Integration, a political party known for its vote theft, is surprising public opinion by denouncing vote theft. And this is exactly what the SMI does, a party that is considered a symbol of envelope and crime, and that today pretends to be a defender of the Albanian vote.

“The wolf changes his hair, but doesn’t forget his habit” says a famous proverb. This aphorism suits the SMI, which today is still run by the same “golf”, which was previously caught stealing votes.

Today, the same man brings out his “puppets” to denounce alleged electoral crimes and opens a portal on the official website of the Presidency to denounce so-called electoral crimes. Moreover, he threatens to cut off the hands of those who will steal the votes on April 25, while a person close to him is using the money of his wife’s company, previously denounced by the leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, for buy not only votes, but also cars for gangsters.

Just a few days ago, the police arrested an SMI leader in Puka, with over 5 million Lek inside his car, and with a list of 28 names, accompanied by a demonstration ballot to vote for the SMI. Vasil Shabani was arrested by the police, while the chairman of the SMI in Puka, D.S, is under investigation.

Meanwhile, from the official chairwoman of the SMI, Monika Kryemadhi didn’t make any reaction. But the SMI’s deeds and scandals with vote theft are early. We recall the scandals of 2017. In his parliamentary elections the year, after denouncing vote theft by PJIU leader Shpëtim Idrizi, the CEC opened 64 ballot boxes and after the recount, it turned out that the SMI had stolen more votes from all political parties.

In the same election, a day before the polls, SMI representatives were apprehended by police with large sums of money in the car and a voter list. Police reported the name of I.B. of the SMI, who was caught in flagrancy the Mesi Bridge in Shkodra.

From Shkodra, bargains with votes from the SMI were discovered in Korça, again in the 2017 elections. The police caught in flagrancy a group of young people distributing money in exchange for votes, on the voting day of June 25, 2017.

We recall that the chairman of the group of SMI councilors in the Municipal Council of Korça, P.M was accompanied in the police station. The latter, as reported by the media, was arrested in 2013 for buying votes for the SMI.

On the same day of the June 25, 2017, elections, police cracked down on another SMI group, which was distributing money and food in exchange for votes. Bargaining with votes in 2017, held by the SMI, was also found in Delvina, where again a group was caught distributing money in exchange for votes.

The geography of selling and buying votes from the SMI in the 2017 elections has extended to Berat, where were included several leaders of the SMI. There are many, many other cases where the SMI has been accused of vote theft. So, the only exclusivity of the SMI is the sale and purchase of votes. If shame and electoral crime had a form, the symbol would be SMI./CNA.al

The presidency in the service of the SMI/ Ilir Meta “goes mad”, abandon the institution

For several days the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, has been moving the Presidency in the South, from Vlora to Pogradec, in the service of the Socialist Movement for Integration. The successive departures of SMI members towards the Socialist Party in these areas, don’t seem to be the only reason why Meta has left the institution and Tirana.

He stayed for a long time in Vlora and on the southern shores, as he was the organizer and screenwriter of two incidents in Tirana. In one of them he was even involved in clashes with police at the New Democratic Spirit offices. And in the other with AlbControl controllers, who, on his orders, allegedly took hostage the national airport.

Tensed and full of nervousness on his face, Meta made today a statement to the media from Pogradec, repeating the previous statements and surprising people with what he said. In the role of President, Meta said that he asked the SPAK to quickly investigate the misuse and theft of personal data of citizens by the Socialist Party.

But behaving once as President of the Republic and other times as chairman of the SMI,

Meta doesn’t seem to have been informed by his people, that SPAK has already started investigations on this issue, and that the media today have reported on him throughout the morning.

“It is an unacceptable and dirty violation of any norm and any morality, to place the personal data of all citizens of Albania in the function of a political force. Now begins the time that the government that will come to power in the country, will be afraid of the people. No one will be able to violate the rights and freedoms of Albanians”- said Meta.

His confusing statements show that his appearance in the media is a message to say, that “I still exist”, but they have nothing to do with anything that affects citizens. All the signs show that Meta may be on duty to prepare for the next conflict, and then come out and justify himself by saying that he was not in Tirana, but in Vlora.

On this eve of elections, nothing is accidental with Ilir Meta. But we can be sure of one thing: The presidency has fallen, and Albania is already without a President of the Republic, as the latter has chosen to be chairman of the SMI, abandoning the institution where he was elected./CNA.al

Lulzim Basha is caught lying/ Here is the truth of the Krraba tunnel in Tirana-Elbasan road

Lulzim Basha is caught lying/ Here is the truth of the Krraba tunnel in Tirana-Elbasan road

The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha held an electoral meeting today in Elbasan, boasting of the successes of others, as he has already become accustomed. He has considered the Krraba tunnel in Elbasan as a work built by him, where in fact the truth is completely different.

“I know and I have felt your appreciation for this extraordinary work, that transformed many dimensions of the daily life of the citizens of Elbasan and all of Albania. I have come to give the message of how important is keeping promises in politics. The word given is a word kept for the Elbasan tunnel”- said Basha.

In fact, Lulzim Basha has erased from his memory that the construction of the tunnel began on April 29, 2011, at a cost of up to 101 million dollars, and was inaugurated on June 16, 2013, during the parliamentary election campaign.

So, the works for the construction of the Krraba tunnel started in 2011, when Lulzim Basha was the mayor of Tirana, while Sokol Olldashi had 4 years as Minister of Infrastructure. Even when the inauguration took place, ie the opening of the tunnel in 2013, Lulzim Basha was again the mayor of Tirana.

Based on these facts, the question naturally arises:How did a mayor build a national road?

After the scandal with 300 million euros with Nation Road, we are hearing surprises from Lulzim Basha who comes out and says that he built it.

Or even the actual Prime Minister Edi Rama, who says that he built the tunnel and the road. When in fact it was built by the government led by Sali Berisha, and when the Minister of Infrastructure was Sokol Olldashi, who had the direct responsibility for that investment. This is not the first time that Lulzim Basha is caught lying, and boasting about the work of others./ CNA.al
