“Santo file”/ Top Story hides Irfan Hysenbelliu, Grida Duma, and the last phone call
The Top Story show on Top Channel, tried yesterday to present to the public an alleged investigation, and a complete revelation of the “Santo file”, on the criminal event of June 2014, when was killed the banker Artan Santo.
CNA.al brings below some data and facts, which Top Story hides. In fact, if you follow the show closely, it doesn’t bring any news or unknown fact to the public or institutions that have conducted the investigation. The show is in fact a repetition of the investigation of the journalist Artan Hoxha, to whom have been added some testimonies of Santos’s friends, who don’t say anything to shed light on the event.
They just talk about the victim. All the characters or tracks narrated, have been revealed several times by journalists in the media. Moreover, the show had started to be prepared many months ago, but its broadcast was suspended to be given yesterday, having nothing essential and investigative.
Yesterday Top Story did nothing else but only showed what the Prosecution had done with this investigation, so it showed some evidence, which didn’t lead anywhere. But intentionally or unintentionally, hides some other evidence and characters, who were questioned about the murder of banker Santo.
The Top Story show made it clear yesterday, that beyond revealing the truth, there was another mission. Here are 3 important details from the investigative file, that Top Story on Top Channel didn’t dare to mention.
The first are two public figures like Irfan Hysenbelliu and Grida Duma, old friends and collaborators with each other, but also close to the banker Artan Santo. Two are characters, while the third detail is the last call.
First, Top Story somewhere scarcely shows a document, where it is said that the banker had decided to sell the shares of “Focus Group”, because his partner didn’t repay the loan regularly, a loan of several million euros.
“Focus Group”, which includes Balkanweb, News24, Gazeta Shqiptare and Radio RASH, is a company with several media, once owned by both Santos and businessman Irfan Hysenbelliu. At that time there was talk of an open conflict between the two businessmen, and then 50 percent of the shares of the banker Santo, were bought by Irfan Hysenbelliu.
Threatening sms and strong clashes between them, were also talked about in the media circles. The prosecution file has many details that Top Story on Top Channel, took care to not reveal. In the files that claims to own, Top Story also has a well-known political figure, and yet he didn’t say a single word about it.
She is Grida Duma, who has been a close associate of Artan Santo. Moreover, the two have been seen in each other’s company, and have also been photographed. Duma is known as a friend of banker Santo, and on the day of the assassination she was one of the people who sought protection from the state.
At first, she went to the Prime Minister, and then stayed for almost 3 hours in the office of the former Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri. The latter has never made public the fact why that day Grida Duma “surrendered” to his office.
But in a televised clash, Tahiri asked the Duma to speak publicly about what she had asked at the Interior Ministry. This fact that shocked Duma, but in political and media circles has been confirmed by some sources, that after the murder of Santo, Grida Duma stayed for many hours in Tahiri’s office.
The last call
Another detail from the show, is the last phone call or calls of the late banker Artan Santo. The banker’s phone, sms or phone calls, would tell a lot the public opinion. The show tried to emphasize that it was not confirmed that the last call was that of Saimir Tahiri.

The names/ CNA.al reveals the candidates of the SMI list
A day before the submission of the names officially to the CEC, CNA.al has revealed the names of the SMI candidates who will lead the lists of the districts. The SMI led by Monika Kryemadhi will run in a separate coalition, not with Basha’s DP, a scheme to increase the number of seats, or to get as many votes as possible from the left SMI, which could harm the Socialist Party.
CNA.al brings below the main candidates, ie those whom the SMI calls safe. According to the votes received in three pairs of elections with the regional proportional system SMI has had a continuous increase.
In 2009, the SMI and its coalition received 84.000 votes and 4 seats, which they used to join the government with former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. In 2013, in coalition with the Socialists, the SMI received 180.000 votes and 16 seats.
In 2017 alone against the Rama-Basha alliance, the SMI led by Ilir Meta for the third time saw an increase, going 225 thousand votes and 19 seats. The April 25 elections, are the first under the leadership of Monika Kryemadhi, who has ousted many of its founders, leaders and former MPs from the party. The SMI comes up in this election with new names in some counties, but most of the names are the remaining loyalists of Kryemadhi and Meta.

Panic in Democratic Party/Anxiety and stress about lists
Panic situation among many politicians and names claiming to be part of the Alliance for Change plus DP coalition lists. Although in the former SHQUP building doesn’t have much movement, panic prevails in many names that claim to be in the winning part of the list that Lulzim Basha will submit tomorrow at midnight to the CEC.
Anxiety and stress have also the allied parties that have signed the coalition, but have not specified the locations. Some of them have a problem with Luli Basha, as he has often lied and betrayed them. In panic are many other names that hope to be part of the lists, but looks very far from the winning places like Eno Bozdo, Fatbardh Kadilli, Fitim Zekthi, Andrea Mano, Roland Bejko, Luan Baci, Endri Hasa etc.

DP’s candidates for deputies/ Irfan Hysenbelliu’s list comes out
Today, the daily newspaper “Panorama” has published a list of Democratic Party candidates for the April 25 parliamentary elections. While is expected to be handed over to the CEC on Monday, Irfan Hysenbelliu has hurried to secure everything.
After publishing his personal list and the preferences he has, after solving the problems with the SMI and placing his candidates where he wanted, he has now started to do the same with the DP. In the list below you will see a bunch of names, mainly products of Henri Çili of the European University of Tirana, who stand out at the top of the lists.
The names of the people who have already been made public and confirmed by Lulzim Basha himself, and those preferred by Irfan Hysenbelliu, are from the former officials that Basha had in the Municipality of Tirana, people who work for Hysenbelliu or his businesses, and other Lulzim Basha’s servile.
We are not writing the names of the list, but we are publishing the pages of the newspaper. Meanwhile, we ask the readers not to take the whole list too seriously, as only the part made public by Lulzim Basha is credible. And in this case Irfani Hysenbelliu is not to blame either, because it may happen that the list is overturned.

Some will run for the SMI, some for the Democratic Party, and in the end defeat seems to be guaranteed. However, we shouldn’t take it so seriously.
