The land scandal on the coast of Dhërmi/ Ben Blushi is putting pressure on justice system?

In 2014, the then President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani, decreed in the Court of First Instance in Vlora the judge Elona Mihali. The latter was appointed at a time when the ruling majority had officially begun work on justice reform.
Mihali in the Court of Vlora, had in her hands, no less important files. One of the files was that of the land scandal on the coast of Dhërmi. Regarding these properties, it is suspected that is also related Ben Blushi, the former head of LIBRA, today the General Director of Top Channel.
Blushi’s name was denounced a while ago, specifically in June this year, by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. Referring to some data received in his address, former Prime Minister Berisha said that almost 6,000 m2 of land on the coast of Dhërmi have been registered thanks to pressure and blackmail with forged documents, in the name of two owners, one of whom is Ben Blushi.
In fact, Top Channel on 19.09.2020, through a television chronicle, attacked the court and the prosecution of Vlora, in relation to some land areas on the coast of Dhërmi. According to Top Channel led by Ben Blushi, it is about the scandal of how 546.000 m2 of land that were confiscated by the state, after verifying that they were taken with forged documents, and they are being recaptured by opening a closed process after 12 years.
It is not known what happened next with this scandal file, that was in the hands of Judge Elona Mihali and her two colleagues. It is also uknown if Blushi’s pressure on the judge
and others has continued only with the chronicles on Top Channel, or in other forms.
What is known is that judge Elona Mihali is already officially under investigation by Vetting, where she will be filtered into three criteria. CNA.al has uncovered the wealth of judge Mihali, who has only her salary as a source of income. While it turns out to not have neither movable or immovable property.
